if you’re looking for less of a party scene, this is the place to stay. Even if you wanna party, the strip with all the clubs is about a 10 minute walk max so it was the perfect location. Food and drinks were great! Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful with great food and drink. Even though our room wasn’t ready when we arrived we could still use the amenities. And on tbe day we left we were offered a shower room later in the day before we left. Lovely staff. It’s the second time I’ve been and I’d definitely go back again.

All inclusive concept applied to certain drinks and the collection menu at à la carte restaurant was not complimentary, the staff did not tell me about it but I enjoyed the food there. The staff was friendly. They have no shower rooms at check out but the reception offered to other location to the spa for shower and change. Over all I enjoyed my stay given some of the aspects of my stay could have been better

Don’t be put off by the reviews! We had read the mixed reviews about this hotel before travelling but we found it perfect for our family holiday. We travelled with our 18 month old and the hotel had everything you need to ensure all needs were met and everything was easy for us. We have never seen our daughter happier! The staff here are great especially the restaurant staff. Special mention to Isabel, Abdellatif and Juan who went above and beyond for our daughter. You have a mixed variety of people who stay at the hotel but we liked that. We will definitely return!

I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. I had read the food was good at this hotel, I beg to differ. The buffet restaurant serves bland food & overcooked meat. I'm sorry but the food served in this restaurant is an insult to Spanish cuisine. The drinks served at the pool or lobby bar are a satisfactory standard, however the cocktails were pretty basic & be prepared to wait a while to get your drink. If you like your sunbed 1cm from the next then this is the place for you. They definitely need to clear some of the greenery & space the beds out more, again this is more 1 star than 5. The rooms are a little tired, our shower seal was covered in black mould... 5 star you say. The hotel is €10-€15 from the airport in a taxi & convenient for walking to Hï & Ushuaia, but there are plenty of nicer hotels in Ibiza. One positive is due to the older crowd & families it's fairly quiet at night. In summary our stay wasn't terrible, but it was far from what I would come to expect from a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. The food was great. All inclusive drinks great. If you want additional items like ginger ale or Red Bull you have to pay for it or upgrade your drink package. Aside that, this resort is not a 5 star resort. At all. The ice machine in building 8 doesn’t work. The lobby smells like sewer water. The rooms have bad air quality. I had runny nose but when I left, I was fine. I think this is probably a 3 stars resort. But at least the food is great.

Great all inclusive hotel - appeals to families and young clubbers with some big clubs nearby. Has a fun vibe with live dj’s by the pool, lots of loungers, right by the beach or a €14 taxi to Old Town…. Perfect getaway

The room was clean, staff was very helpful, short walk to the beach. The only thing I didn't like was how we didn't have access to all the restaurants, pools, or bars on the property.
