I had a great stay at this hotel. Things are very modern and new. The views of the bay from the rooftop are very picturesque. The food is quite good. Definitely recommend if you are staying on the San Antoni side.

Sea View double room was excellent and very comfortable. Food was excellent quality and we had a really lovely time and would definitely come back. However, there are things to improve. Tiered queuing systems for bars and restaurants need reviewing as this often seems unnecessary (we went at the end of the season and it wasn't massively busy)! I would say it was mainly an issue due to under staffing. Room servicing could be better as often things forgotten (loo roll, towels, cleaning standard). Reception staff were always super helpful as were the majority of staff at the hotel but attention to detail overall could be improved for a 5 star hotel.

Hotel was lovely and the food in the buffet was great with lots of options and good quality. Service around the pool was very slow and most of the time we had to go to the bar to get drinks. BE CAREFUL when you check out for random charges!! I got charged for parking and didn't have a car! Receptionist said he would remove it but when I got home it was on my credit card.

Beautiful hotel & rooms - food & drink options were great - The buffet food was among the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been to Ibiza many times & always stay 5* - we previously have stayed at Grand Palladium which is part of the same hotel group as TRS - my understanding was that TRS was going to be a better standard than Grand Palladium which in some respects it was. The biggest let down for this hotel are its unhelpful staff on reception. Everything was too much trouble for them & the welcome we received on arrival set the tone for the rest of the trip. The poolside bar service was also a let down & we felt like we were putting the staff out by asking for drinks. Sadly this has put me off staying here again which is a shame as the hotel is beautiful, especially the pools & rooftop area & the sunsets from here are amazing!

We get the Panoramic room and it was beautiful. Amazing sea view and pool view where we enjoyed to listen the DJ songs from the pool at the convenience of our balcony. 5 min walk to a secluded golden beach lovely for snorkel. Plenty of fish to observe. Food was amazing at the buffet, with nights serving langoustines, king crabs risotto, oysters, high quality steaks and desserts that look’s like came from a fine dine Cousine. Amazing staff and service overall. Just be prepared to pay daily rate for Carpark. Access by car to anywhere in the island by car was easy. Amazing pools with services and rooftop pool with bar makes it perfect for sunset view.

We had a wonderful stay at the Trs, it was by far the best breakfast buffet we’ve had at any all inclusive hotel. However staff taking the coffee orders in the morning were useless, they take the order then don’t bring them. The rooms were gorgeous however our shower kept leaking into the room due to the seals needing redone.
