"Dear Hotels.com The cover photo is not of the rented unit, but a nearby casino. AC was broken, which is significant in Italy in July. Water tap at the sink was not working either. Rather than submitting a bad review, I believe this qualifies for a full refund."

"Nice host, but not at the hotel herself, just over phone. It was hard finding the enterance, parking was not included and very difficult to find a correct spot. There was trouble with opening the door, bugs in the hallway that you don’t want to bring home. When we finally made it to the top and room it was very clean and looked nice and new. The bed was to way to hard and the AC to hot, wouldn’t regulate its temperature. Not much noise to be in the middle of the city. "

"No car allowed, walking precinct, the nearest free parking is by the marina, half an hour walk. U have to go to their main office nearby to collect the key it not listed u have to bargain very hard to get the address on the first floor not sign posted. The manager grumpy not welcome typical Italian. There are better places unless u don’t have a car"

    "We were in Monaco for 2 nights and this hotel was perfect! It was clean and roomy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station and more importantly close to the elevators that go down to the marina and the escalators that go to the train station. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!"
