Nice location, quiet hotel

Good location, about a 20 walk from the train station. Close to the beach and the upscale shopping district. Owners are wonderful, but honestly the rooms could use a little update, some paint maybe? No elevator, so plan on lots of steps with luggage especially if you get the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good.

Lovely staff to help with all the question we had about all the places we wanted to go or see. The building is historical, and we loved experiencing all its charm and uniqueness including the squeaky floors. We believe it was a comfortable accommodation and I’m not a young person, but young at heart.

Some stairs to navigate.

Great stay. Small but coming room, soft bed. Ocean view comes at the price of 73 steps to get there, no elevator. But nice hotel super close to train station. Great breakfast for a small added fee.

This hotel is close to everything. It has a genuine atmosphere, and meets expectations with regard to the price. My economy room had a private bathroom just across the corridor, as stated in the information. The staff put up a foldable wall wich was great, but one might wish for a bathrobe as well for full convenience. Very clean. Very quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

Excellent Experience

The staff was fantastic--- check-in, during the stay, breakfast, check-out, bag storage, and more. The hotel was wonderful---great view of the water from our 3rd-floor window. We didn't mind the stairs. Breakfast was something to look forward to each day. Location was very convenient--short walk to the beach, casino, and the main restaurant/shopping area. The beds were a little stiff (as noted in some reviews) but it was not a problem for us. Just different not bad. Would stay here again.

It is a stylish hotel with a very good location. It is family-owned, and friendly service seems to be extremely important to them. If I stay in Sanremo again for just a short time, I could definitely choose the same accommodation.

The staff is wonderful, helpful, kind and they even let us check in early. The hotel is cute and very safe and well located. The beds, mattresses and bed sheets are really bad, the squeak while my kids turn while sleeping and not comfortable, pillows are high and cheap.

Not as good as i expected

The staff is very friendly but this hotel should not be 3 stars. The beds are awful, the place does not have an elevator (we stayef in the 3rd floor), and the overall aspect does not look clean.

Bien avec quelques améliorations à apporter

Hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel tres accueillant et très sympathique. Malheureusement l’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement et de changer sa literie. Je voyage à longueur d’année ( environ 60/70 nuits par ans ). Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Il n’y a vraiment que 2 points négatifs la literie a remplacer et un rafraîchissement dans les chambre et salle de bain. Des améliorations a apporter pour être au niveau d’un 3*

L'hotel conserva l'appeal e l'atmosfera della Belle Epoque. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. È la prima volta che ci capita di poter godere la vista mare comodamente dal letto. Soffitto a volta e colori della camera rilassanti. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Grazie mille.

Super!

Hôtel très charmant, situé dans le centre de Sanremo, donc possibilité de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La vue mer de ma chambre était top, celle si était très propre. Le personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Ils nous ont vraiment bien accueilli. Parking petit mais présent si vous voulez laisser la voiture à l'hôtel.
