"I stayed at Seashell Resort for a few days during a trip where I traveled to eight countries, with Vietnam being my final stop before returning home. When traveling, my safety box is something I never forget to lock, as it holds everything important to me. Unfortunately, this time I accidentally left it unlocked. I would like to sincerely thank Loan, Kieu, and Thanh, who noticed that my safety box was open. They immediately contacted Phuc Hau from reception, who came to secure it. They changed the code, locked it and kindly left me a sealed letter explaining what had been done. I am truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism shown by the staff. In the past, I have seen family members lose money or personal belongings in hotels, so this experience was a great relief. I cannot imagine how devastating it would have been if everything in my safety box had gone missing. I wanted to share this experience with the world, especially with frequent travelers like myself.
