Beautiful resort with a very well taken cared of garden. The beach is nice but a bit of trash (however I saw the staff collect it regularly so not their fault at all). Staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The rooms were clean, however the toilet seat was kinda worn down and needed replacement in my opinion.

It was good except too much mosquitoes. Hotel ought to spray to keep them under control. Also entrance door with no light is very dangerous at night. Water pressure was weak; and water temperature are two big issues during my stay.

This is paradise!

This is paradise! A great pool close to the superb beach, tremendous breakfast buffet (variable every day) - where you also can order different kinds of pancakes and omelettes - as well as soup. The home made fruit juice can also be recommended. Our bungalow was great - outdoor shower and toilet - together with a clean room. We got new beach towels AND room towels every day. The room´s refrigerator was also nice to have. The resort is located in the end of the street - so there is no noise at all from the main street some 200 m away. There are good family restaurants - with fresh and value seafood - on the way to the main street. The resort is VERY well run. If (and only if) I shall complain about something, is about the room´s electrical wall sockets. I think only one of nine worked correctly. So please bring a "multi outlet" - it is needed. (And the resort offered one for us).

職員溝通不良，英文水平有待提高。完全沒有防蚊意識，這是我在富國島入住的第二間度假村，在第一間時我見到他們有做防蚊設施 (所以他們沒有嚴重蚊患)，而這間完全沒有做防蚊設施，在我進入房間時發現超過20隻以上的蚊子，而他們的房門和窗是有嚴重漏罅和孔的，導致蚊子完全自由地進入房間，而他們亦沒有提供蚊香或滅蚊工具。我在這裏入住了三晚已發現及消滅五隻大蟑螂和應該50隻以上的蚊子，導致我來這裏不是度假, 是滅蟲。

멋진 휴가를 보냈습니다

매우 자연친화적인 숙소입니다. 모기와 약간의 벌레에 예민하지 않다면 좋은 숙소입니다. 침대에 모기장이 있어 잘 때 모기 때문에 힘들지 않았습니다. 모기가 많지만 잘 물지는 않았습니다. 아침 부페는 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 전용비치가 너무 좋았습니다.

Over Christmas and New Years I stayed ten days at the resort. Despite it being fully booked, the resort was very understaffed which led to disorganized cleaning schedules (either at 7:00 in the morning or 5:00 in the afternoon), almost no drink menu (2) (although 30 options were listed on the menu board), a very minimalist menu (5 items only available until 6:00 pm), and seemingly overworked staff (2 in twenty four hours). However, prior reviews which mentioned no hot water or room kettles were incorrect. The rooms were lovely. The stay was wonderful. The staff were outgoing and courteous. The beach was well kept and the pool clean.

We had a very good stay at Thanh Kieu. Especially nice was the location and the pool area. Nice at the beach also. On the negatove side that are worth mentioning is that it was quite alot of mosqutios, among some lizards. The bathroom on the outside was charming on daytime, a little bit less Nice later on when the animals came.

Endroit paradisiaque! Personnel très accueillant. Une des plus belle plage privée de la côte ouest! Piscine magnifique. Tout à côté (restaurants,épicerie...) bonnes prestations,location de scooter sur place,spa...ils nous ont offert le taxi pour repartir à l’aeroport :)

Location is good (however, most likely need to hire a scooter or get a taxi to most restaurants). Beach is pretty, pool is nice and breakfast was substantial. Service was average, beds are hard and mosquitoes prevalent at night (repellent is a must). No tv or phone in the room, this did not affect our stay but may be of interest to you. Be aware hot water is intermittent secondary to solar systems. Overall, a few areas for improvement, however reasonable value for money

Vidunderligt sted under renovering

Super hyggeligt hotel som ligger et stykke fra alt så der er meget fredeligt. Vi blev skuffet over at strandrestauranten var under renovering indtil 1. Oktober og det havde vi ikke fået noget af vide om. Der udover var restauranten stort set tom hver aften og vi spiste derfor ude - det var ikke specielt hyggeligt. Personalet var meget flinke og behjælpelige. Vi ville komme igen, men når strandrestauranten var åben.

It is a beautiful resort and the location is amazing to view the sunset. The facilities, rooms and amenities is well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!
