"Tutto bellissimo. Unica critica, al momento della prenotazione non avevo letto da nessuna parte che la piscina (bellissima) ha un costo a parte perché l'accesso non è esclusivo dell'hotel. Avrei preferito per motivi di trasparenza che il conto fosse complessivo in modo da valutare il vero costo della struttura. Punto in più il ristorante. Veramente buono. "
"È un hotel vicinissimo alle terme. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e comoda, il bagno grande con finestra. Pulizia impeccabile. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione abbondante e molto varia, soprattutto per la parte dolce, con assortimento di prodotti senza glutine e vegani. I titolari ed il personale molto gentili e disponibili."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in einem ehemaligen Kloster gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und gibt Tipps fürs Essen und Einrichtungen der Stadt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und heimisch. Das Frühstück ist super und man kann in den Bogengängen draußen essen.
Einzig eine Sache hat mich persönlich etwas gestört: Die Räume und Gänge sind, dem Gebäude geschuldet, sehr hallig. Wenn man empfindlich ist, empfehle ich Ohropax mitzunehmen.
Ansonsten ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Komme gerne...

"Loved that it incredibly central to the museums, shops transportation and restaurants . As a female solo traveller first time in Ravenna I felt incredibly safe with the 24/7 front desk staff. Whoever was on the desk were incredibly helpful and always with complete sincererity. The breakfast was varied and delicious items toped up regularly. The wait staff also very friendly and eager to assist. I would give them 20 stars out of 10!"
