"Plaide frank Sinatra all day until 11 pm on a loop next too our room. They charged me twice As much and promised a 30 percent discount on my stay when I should them proof of a room identical for 1/2 the same night. Never did honored my discount, they said we will email you. Never did."

"Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."

"Grosse Hotelanlage mit teilweise stillgelegten Gebäuden- Hotel selbst wunderbar, modern und sensationellen Ausblick.Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Der Privatstrand ist schön* jedoch sehr steinig- ohne Schuhe nicht empfehlenswert. Schön wäre eine Bar am Strand. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr hilfreich und freundlich. insbesondere und der junge Rezeptionist ist sehr bemüht und sehr zuverkommend und hilfsbereit. "Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber kann mich nicht beschweren. Den einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hotels. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen und es liegt sehr viel Müll überall. Zudem ist es ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt"

"The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"

We had a member of our group with a disability and they were very accomodating of her in terms of room placement, bed separation etc. They also arranged a taxi for us to the train station on our final day and provided recommendations for where to eat nearby.
