Nice 1 bedroom apt for short stay. Clean, pleasant staff. Kitchen a bit small - can't really do much in they way of cooking if you are so inclined. Area is a bit out of the way, definitely need a car.

This resort is in a quiet location apart from the airplanes that pass over it. Staff are friendly and welcoming wanting to engage in conversation with you. The pool is very clean and well maintained. Our studio had recently been refurbished to a really good and comfortable standard. Other rooms are currently in. The process of being refurbished but the workers were considerate throughout and rarely spoilt our quiet time through the day. The restaurant although a little pricey is good and the bar staff are very attentive particularly during happy hour 5-6pm. Well worth a visit.

Amazing, clean, friendly and welcoming place

We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Residences which is why this was our 4th stay. The staff are like a family and are such an effective team. This really shows in how they assist, entertain and talk with you. You really feel looked after. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment but with a big sofa bed for the kids. Sometimes this has been a double and others, two singles. We had our own kitchen, the had everything you could need e.g. microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge etc. You could be at home. The place is kept immaculately clean, this could be the toilets by the pools or the playground, bar area ... everywhere. And if something is broken it is being fixed before it's even reported. The atmosphere is really relaxed, there's plenty of entertainment and things to do but not pressure if you don't want to do it. As you can tell I really can't praise the place enough. We'll be back.

Property is away from the tourist spots and is about 25-30mins from shops, beach and attractions, but it is quiet and safe. There is only one pool and restaurant for choice so it is limiting and you have to call a taxi to go to places. I know people asked about the bus but not ideal to get around. The property we had was a two bedroom for the six of us. It was a bit tight and the kitchen area was tiny so we didn't get to cook and with the weather there were a lot of insects around, so we were extra careful to make things clean and tidy. Cleaning service - there was none, you had to maintain like renting an apartment; put rubbish away, beds. They did change the towels mid week so that was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. When there are a lot of people in the restaurant though they go by first come first serve. So although we were ready to order our meal apparently we had to wait as parties who were seated before us had to be served, this was quite odd. This is the second Wyndham Residence hotel that we have stayed in Tenerife, it is not as great as the one in Adele but if you want quiet and calm it is perfect.

Net complex, zeer hardwerkend personeel! Schoon, goed verzorgd, appartementen goed ingericht. Minpunten: werkzaamheden werd pas bij inchecken vermeld. Vooraf was netter geweest. Tevens irritante handdoekenleg. Hangen bordjes maar laten het toch toe. Niet consequent, vervelend.

Solo villa la próxima

Cogimos una villa , anteriormente en otro viaje cogimos apartamento de una habitación y no nos gustó mucho, la villa de dos habitaciones da una gran diferencia en cuanto a comodidad y espacio, le falta más menaje de cocina para ser de 6 personas , la limpieza mejorable eso sí las paredes estaban con pelos.

los apartamentos y zonas comunes del alojamiento son excelentes. La zona es muy tranquila. Lo unico negativo es que es una zona dominada por los restaurantes extranjeros y tenias que coger el coche para comer comida de la zona y sobre todo el problema del ruido de los aviones, que se oye muchisimo cuando estas en el apartamento y en la piscina.

Gorgeous, but communication let it down

Loved this place. It was everything it said it would be. It was clean, beautiful grounds and rhe staff are all amazing....but....they had a pool leak and therefore had to have maintenance done on this throughout our 5 days there. It was loud ( think roadworks, concrete being dug up with machinery etc) i understand it had to be done and they managed to keep the pool open too whike they dug around it. I just felt it should have been told to us before we arrived. This could have goven us the choice to get a refund amd look elsewhere. They did put happy hour on from 12 till 6 to try and keep the guests sweet, but it did affect the holiday with it being so loud. I just thought it was a bit sneaky of them to not let guests know before they turned up.
