"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. "Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Der Service war hervorragend, alles war super sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. "This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again."

"Hôtel bien placé. Parking gratuit. Hôtel très propre et appartement super équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Bouteille de champagne au frais à notre arrivée... L'ensemble du personnel a été adorable. Réception ouverte 24/24. Un petit buffet aurait été un vrai plus ! Nous avons également profité des prestations du spa : massage en duo, head spa et manucure. De tarifs très intéressant et surtout un personnel à l'écoute, gentilles et très douce. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!"

"Absolutely spotlessly clean room cleaning staff are very helpful 👍. The staff are all very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you have a problem it's sorted out. The whole place is spotlessly clean all the time with the ground staff. That's i will be going back and back again."
