"Amazing"

Porto Marina Hotel

"The biggest downside was the lack of privacy. Many of the cabins are very close together and face the same direction, so you can clearly see and hear your neighbors. It didn’t feel like the secluded escape that’s advertised. There were also some safety and maintenance issues in our cabin. The stairs to the upper level/jacuzzi had no handrail and weren’t lit at night, which felt risky. Inside, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the sliding patio door kept coming off track and was difficult to secure. The minibar was well stocked with snacks, but oddly no coffee—even though there was a kettle. That said, the positives: the food was excellent, room service was fast with generous portions, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having La Pausa next door for additional dining options was also a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements—especially around privacy and maintenance—this place could be amazing."

"This was an excellent hotel to stay in the way the hotel was situated near the water the lovely scenery it had was just so relaxing to enjoy. The staff was so attentive to all of our needs , food was well prepared and the Waite staff was always there to help. I want to take this highlight the Manager Santiago for all his help is knowledge of the area and most of all how he treated us during our stay. I recommend that his hotel to all that stay in Guatapé. Thank you Tau House."

"We stayed two nights at Vivanti. We were truly surprised by the beauty of this resort. We stayed in the suite with a jacuzzi on the terrace, and the views, comfort, and convenience were amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly and respectful, always available to help us with anything we needed. Having traveled to many tourist destinations, we believe this resort lives up to the standards of a 5-star hotel."
