check in was easy. The staff was friendly and service was good. The property was well maintained and modern. It was very comfortable. we were there for 3 days and used the pool everyday. It was also nice that they had a family movie overnight for the families. Only issue was the internet, it would fade in and out and was inconsistent. I would definitely come back again

El hotel está en excelente estado, todo luce nuevo y bien cuidado. Tiene cancha de baloncesto, zona verde con camas para tomar el sol, juegos infantiles, rooftop, gimnasio y piscina con área para adultos y niños. La habitación familiar es cómoda, con buen espacio, sofá cama, dos camas dobles y un pequeño patio. La presión del agua en la ducha es excelente y la piscina tiene buena temperatura para el clima cálido. El personal fue amable y resolvió cualquier inquietud. Un detalle especial fue la proyección de una película familiar en la zona verde el sábado por la noche. El restaurante tiene un menú decente y variado. Algunos aspectos a mejorar: las camas son más duras de lo habitual y las almohadas no fueron muy cómodas. El baño no tiene espacio para colocar artículos de aseo y las toallas eran muy ásperas. No son cosas graves, pero vale la pena mencionarlas. En general, es un hotel muy bonito, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Ideal para una noche, un fin de semana o una estadía más larga. Lo recomiendo.

Hotel hermoso pero la atención daña la estadia

El hotel muy bonito . Lastima que por haber hecho la reserva antes, nos dieron una habitación en el último escondite del hotel y no hicieron nada por ubicarnos mejor. Pero el hotel es muy bonito . De pronto pueden mejorar la atención con los huéspedes.

Buen y bonito establecimiento. Buen desayuno y cócteles. El personal desde la recepción muy atentos a sentirte cómodo. Los empleados del bar y área de desayuno son excelentes! Área super tranquilo para descansar, hermosa piscina. Lo único que tengo que decir que no me gustó fue el colchón de la habitación. La misma es demasiado dura una tabla. Si no fuera por este detalle le daría excelente en todo!

Great place to relax!

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, habitación muy amplia y aseada. El personal muy amable y servicial. A really quiet place, very comfortable and wide enough room, also very clean. Staff people is very nice and helpful
