NOT KID FRIENDLY! Our bystay was exceptional. The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only minor concern was the view from the first cabin when you arrive at the resort, on the second level, where some debris was visible to the right. FYI if you plan on using jacuzzi, it takes about 2-3 hours to fill. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The perfect stay

Wow I have to say it was my first time staying in a hotel like this one it was amazing the service even better they met above my expectations the staff was so helpful with my planning a surprise for my fiancé they kept in touch through WhatsApp even inch of the planning and made sure it look fantastic I was surprised did not think they would go be so beautiful and perfect more than I ever thought it would look the prices is very reasonable I definitely recommend it and plan to come stay here again. I did not take much pictures because I took videos instead of pictures

What a charming stay. They served us breakfast in our room that was included in the price. All cabins have private hot tubs and they come around at night and build a fire for you with marshmallows to roast! The on-site restaurant has reasonable prices and quality food plus a daily happy hour. We’d stay here again. Great Lake view as well.

This is the perfect spot to disconnect from society and recharge your batteries. It is very peaceful and the staff is super helpful in all your needs. Waking up and seeing the lake is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and will be back some day.

Positive: beautiful environment with an amazing landscape, the food was really good and the bed was specially comfortable. Negative: you can tell that the properties are deteriorating as the pictures look better than reality. The restaurant is a bit simple (despite its amazing food). For some reason the water of the jacuzzi was yellow

The hotel is truly spectacular. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, making it a perfect place to disconnect and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant — always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The restaurant is excellent; every meal we had was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was varied and full of fresh, local flavors. One detail to note is that the room doesn’t have a traditional closet, just some shelves and small drawers, which didn’t open very smoothly. I recommend renting a car to move around comfortably, especially because the access road is unpaved and can be a bit tricky without a suitable vehicle.

I've never been so such an amazing location. the food was magnificent. The view would rival Hollywood. The staff were all amazing, from Yessica, Alexandra, Yuyi, Maria, William, the entire cooking and cleaning staff. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. I’ll be back!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I travel the world and this is the first place I’ve been to where you get the rustic cabin feel but with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Excursions, bar, restaurant with great food and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights. We booked the single but were upgraded to the triple suite at no extra cost! It was well stocked with towels shower gel shampoo.. The staff was super accommodating and quick to respond to any needs. The food was great. It was a perfect blend of rustic and luxury. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Will be back

Property needs some improvements

First of all, the service was excellent. I had no issues with anyone from the front desk to the room service. The view from the property were great. However, I I had two major gripes with this property. Firstly, it felt very unclean. The floors were wooden and they looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a good while. The jacuzzi as well looked very unclean. Secondly, the room has plenty of gaps that allows insects to easily fly in. I was shocked to say the least when a small cockroach landed on bed. There was also an issue with the hot water in the shower. I found it very difficult to mix hot and cold to find the right temperature. The water would quickly go from scalding hot to freezing cold.
