What a charming stay. They served us breakfast in our room that was included in the price. All cabins have private hot tubs and they come around at night and build a fire for you with marshmallows to roast! The on-site restaurant has reasonable prices and quality food plus a daily happy hour. We’d stay here again. Great Lake view as well.

This is the perfect spot to disconnect from society and recharge your batteries. It is very peaceful and the staff is super helpful in all your needs. Waking up and seeing the lake is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and will be back some day.

The biggest downside was the lack of privacy. Many of the cabins are very close together and face the same direction, so you can clearly see and hear your neighbors. It didn’t feel like the secluded escape that’s advertised. There were also some safety and maintenance issues in our cabin. The stairs to the upper level/jacuzzi had no handrail and weren’t lit at night, which felt risky. Inside, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the sliding patio door kept coming off track and was difficult to secure. The minibar was well stocked with snacks, but oddly no coffee—even though there was a kettle. That said, the positives: the food was excellent, room service was fast with generous portions, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having La Pausa next door for additional dining options was also a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements—especially around privacy and maintenance—this place could be amazing.

NOT KID FRIENDLY! Our bystay was exceptional. The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only minor concern was the view from the first cabin when you arrive at the resort, on the second level, where some debris was visible to the right. FYI if you plan on using jacuzzi, it takes about 2-3 hours to fill. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I’ll be back!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I travel the world and this is the first place I’ve been to where you get the rustic cabin feel but with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Excursions, bar, restaurant with great food and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Wow I have to say it was my first time staying in a hotel like this one it was amazing the service even better they met above my expectations the staff was so helpful with my planning a surprise for my fiancé they kept in touch through WhatsApp even inch of the planning and made sure it look fantastic I was surprised did not think they would go be so beautiful and perfect more than I ever thought it would look the prices is very reasonable I definitely recommend it and plan to come stay here again. I did not take much pictures because I took videos instead of pictures

I've never been so such an amazing location. the food was magnificent. The view would rival Hollywood. The staff were all amazing, from Yessica, Alexandra, Yuyi, Maria, William, the entire cooking and cleaning staff. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Best experience all year. i will be visiting again.
