"Outsta ding in every way except 1. The hotel needs to invest in new pool chairs. Eack one is so worn out that it hurts to sit or lay on them as they sink to the frames. We tried to pile towels on them and the problem still hurt your bones. It is time to get new ones. I think they have gotten their moneys worth. "This hotel is just off the highway and a peefect spot for day trips to Gibraltar and Tangiers through the Tarifa port. Staff were prompt and friendly with an easy check in and out. One staffer promptly addressed a concern we experienced involving another guest (boisterous and inebriated). He spoke to the guest to warn them and he also offered us another room on another floor to move us from the area which we accepted. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating options so we didn't have to wait...

"This was our second time staying here and again we had a fantastic time. Staff were all friendly and helpful whether it was reception, restaurant or activity planners. The resort is clean and well maintained, the apartment was spacious and clean. We are a family of 7 so it can be difficult finding places to accommodate us comfortably! We had breakfast each morning and it was excellent, lots of choice so something for everyone. We would definitely return. "

"Loved this place. Just off highway so we were sceptical about location and noise but it was a lovely oasis. We stayed facing a large green area and didn’t hear traffic at all. The pool was lovely, rooms spotless and new. People kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone "
