"Great Hotel, but very isolated"

"Tout l’endroit un peu isolé! La facilité d’aller partout car avec une voiture de location c’est agréable de pouvoir bouger ! Parking souterrain gratuit !!! Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, 2 salles de bains et grandes terrasses dans la suite parentale pour s’y reposer ou manger ! Vraiment chouette !"

"Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag Very wobbly stairs to first floor Pool area was nice Scruffy urbanisation We couldn’t risk staying for one night Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far"

"Everything was top quality"

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Plenty of surrounding restaurants and a 10min walk from the main shopping area. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was a good start to the day. The slight downside was we could hear the surrounding bars in our room, especially late at night and when football was on. The more superior rooms wouldn’t have been as noisy as they were placed on the other side of the hotel. This wouldn’t stop us staying at the hotel again though. Also we had a...

"The room has everything you need and clean balcony is perfect. The staff are so friendly made my stay feel better. Definitely will book again"

"The breakfast and coffee in the hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee barista was spectacular! James"

"The hotel is okay for a business trip but is located very close to several main roads so you hear the traffic noise. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The water supply stopped during our stay for nearly 24 hours and the hotel were poor on providing any information. My wife had to ask for some drinking water which the staff were unwilling to provide until she insisted. The other issue was the toilets couldn't be flushed so there was a bad smell around the hotel. The breakfast...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"We enjoyed our 8 days stay at Brisa Del Mar Boutique hotel. Excellent location, spacious with large terrace. We especially liked the staff, very friendly and welcoming. It’s in the old city, steps from the beach, lots of restaurants outside, streps from Plaza Del Flores, beautiful city!"

"Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended."

"Cash stolen from room 021 – Logs prove only housekeeping entered My wife and I stayed here and had €120 and £20 cash stolen directly from our locked room. The theft was selective, our credit cards were left untouched and happened precisely during the housekeeping windows on either Sunday or Monday while the room was being cleaned. Outside of these cleaning hours, the cash was never left alone. When we reported this, the reception manager ran a door card check and verbally confirmed to us that...

"Great place to stay and staff were very helpful with any queries and helping to book a taxi when uber failed. Comfy beds and clean rooms. The only point I could make was there could have been a been a bigger selection at breakfast"

"Sea view and hotel location are excellent"

"Breakfast, and the restaurant was fantastic, with great service thank you so much ."

"Nice place where you may stay."
