"Avoid at all cost! The location of this hotel is excellent and impossible to fault. It is central, with a lovely position on the river, making it ideal for exploring the area. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. "The room was comfortable and roomy. It was literally right next to the Tower and Duomo complex! Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. I liked that they had someone available at a desk all day and that they could stow our luggage after we checked out. My only complaint was that our room was right next to the door and we could hear every time someone came in or out VERY clearly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Pisa San Rossore station so if you’re coming by train, go there instead...

"Room was beautiful with shutters on the windows and two huge windows. The kids both had a full size bed the bathroom was large as was the shower with powerful head. Light in bathroom was great. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino delicious. Location 2 minute walk from baptistery and tower area- fantastic we had a brilliant one night stay and we all wished we had another night booked- best accommodation on our 11 day trip! "
