"The room was clean, except for the lamp, which was very dusty, and I saw a cockroach; I think replacing the lamps would make the room look more modern. As for the staff, they lacked friendliness and communication with guests; upon arrival, I wasn't told where my room or the pool were, so I had to ask later how everything in the hotel worked. However, the pool staff were excellent and friendly, as were the luggage handlers. If I were to return to Puerto Rico, I would have to think twice about staying at this hotel again."

"Great location for beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is extremely limited but they do offer in and out valet for a little over $25/day. Restaurant does not open till 9 but breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a little small and bathrooms are tiny. The main reception gets very loud in the afternoon thru evening because they have a band or DJ playing from the lobby with music to reach the beach. There is no pool on property. Location is convenient to many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Currently under expansion which will include a pool."

"Hotel was clean the entirety of my time there. Pool was cleaned gym was very neat. ALL of the staff was incredibly courteous and respectful. The front desk staff made check in extremely easy as I was arriving after check in hours but it was no hassle for them. The valet was top tier never had to wait for their service and opened every single door of the vehicle for myself my wife and kids. Valet greeted us every instance we passed by then whether picking up our vehicle or as pedestrians. The staff in the kitchen was top notch food was great and every order was fulfilled perfectly. Zero complaints with this property will 100 percent be returning on my next trip."

"Las muchachas del frondesk muy buen trato nos respondieron las inquietudes nos ayudaron con la guía de los mejores lugares a visitar el hotel muy bonito y limpio lo único que menos me gustó fue la piscina muy pequeña pero estaba en precio muy bien ubicado céntrico excelente volvería otra vez alli"
