"Location is not easily accessible especially after dark. The local pub let me borrow one of their guys to escort me into the bushy property. Upon arrival the lights were turned off and the hotel keepers came out because my new friend called them out. He told them I was guest and that was when the confusion began. I was repeatedly told I did not have a reservation although I was showing them the receipt and reservation. They said they did not work with Apps and that they only rented to...

"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel.
There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded.
Do not recommend this business. "
