The breakfast was beyond expectations EXCELLENT.. the morning manager was the very best. The location of the hotel was WORSE THAN TERRIBLE.

This was a very nice hotel a few minutes outside the SJO airport. Very modern. Breakfast included which was delicious. Staff were friendly. Gated parking area. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Worked well to get me outside of the city so I could beat the morning traffic down to Manuel Antonio.

Restaurant service was awful. As a single woman with more than 2 nickels to rub together, I felt I was put on the back burner. Several tables who arrived well after I did were served their food way before mine came out. I believe I waited 45 minutes after ordering soup and a burger before it was served. Staff was very friendly but i had to practically beg to order, get my food and pay. The food was so, so. I gave them a credit card but never saw a bill or was given a receipt. Room was ok. Utilitarian is the best description. Bed was comfortable.
