"This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service."

Das Hotel besticht vor allem durch seine Lage im Dschungel und die tolle Anlage- hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl und in Costa Rica angekommen. Der Blick beim leckeren, landestypischen Frühstück ist ein Traum. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die unglaublich leckere Pizza - eine der besten Pizzen, die wir je gegessen haben (und das als Europäer). The Breakfast is exceptional. We ate dinner at the hotel a couple of times as well and it was delicious. The food is just amazing! We loved staying there! The pictures included do not do this place justice. I would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10"

"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. "Hotel nuevo; en muy buenas condiciones. El personal también nuevo y en proceso de capacitación y con oportunidad de mejora. El paisajismo del hotel en crecimiento, por lo que falta privacidad. En nuestro caso rentamos una suite frente Mar, pero detrás teníamos una habitación muy ruidosa y todo el ruido se escuchaba. "

"The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...
