I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.

Most of the hotels ive been parking its free for costumers , n this one you have to pay 30 a day. Also usually they can call for a taxi, on this hotel no. i asked before i went in the guy say yes then when we were ready to leave, he said you need to do it download the uber app 😆😆. that was going to take longer so we decided to take the car 🙄. the food was expensive , the room was superr clean that was the only thing i liked. i got this hotel because of the reviews but my honest review i would not revommended.

I only stayed here one night. The place is great and it's just a short walk from SJ Civic. The room was really comfy and quiet. The lobby and rooftop are both great. We didn't get a chance to try their breakfast. There's a $30 charge for parking and we literally couldn't find any! We ended up parking in a spot where a bunch of construction stuff was piled up, so I'm taking off a star for that.

Las instalaciones estan en perfecto estado, tengo entendido el edificio es relativamente nuevo, asi que todo esta perfecto! El cuarto y baño son muy amplios, tiene una pequeña cocineta, la cama es excelente! El desayuno es basico, huevos, salchichas, waffles, yogurht, cereales y cafe, bien si no quieres perder el tiempo en ir a desayunar a otro lado. Cuentan con cafe y agua disponible todo el tiempo. El edificio cuenta con un roof bastante agradable como para tomar el cafe ahi y relajarte. Cuenta con un estacionamiento muy bien resguardado. Nosotros reservamos ahi porque ibamos a un concierto en el SAP, muy bien ubicado para irte caminando y no preocuparte por el estacionamiento. El area es tranquila y cerca tambien de la estacion del metro, nosotros lo tomamos para trasladarnos a San Francisco, muy efectivo y barato. Recomiendo este hotel ampliamente.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. However, the room became very cold in the middle of the night. Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations.

The hotel heating system was not working properly, everytime we tried to turn it up to generate heat after a few minutes, it started to blow cold air out. We had to completely turn the whole system off, which led us to sleep in cold and make us all sick the day after.
