"The tv wasn’t working . Only way was to hook up through phone, put us in a handicap room which shower wasn’t good for us. Also only coffee in room was decaf and no sugars or creams . Check in was smooth and the gentleman was very nice ."

"The receptionist in the morning is not helpful, very reluctant and ignored my request . I requested her to provide clean towels in the early morning, when I came back in the evening,I didn’t have any . I had to go to the lobby to pick up ."
