My family had such a great time the food was beyond our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean. Only issue we ran into was chairs by the pool those seemed to be taken by 6:30am other than that we had lots of fun and would return for another stay in the future.

Just a really fun vacation. Stayed during spring break which absolutely was not an issue. Very low key and chill. Most college kids are near Medano. Food was awesome. Service was great. Just a great atmosphere and culture.

We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent. The balcony spaces were great to hang when we were in the room watching the beach and waves. The all inclusive had quality options for liquor there are premium alcohol options as an upgrade but the selection was plentiful. The whole week was perfect and we were already being asked when are we going back to Mexico by our daughters

The experience was really great! The resort was very clean, the landscaping was impeccable and the staff were very friendly. Every restaurant had excellent servers and the food was delicious. The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Reservations are not allowed for the chairs and if you arrive after 6:30am, you most likely won’t find a chair due to people placing towels and items on them. Everything else about the experience was excellent.

Everything was fantastic, the nice part is they have an infinity pool where kids are allowed, but have a lazy river where it attracts them more, so both adults and kids can enjoy, food was great too.

Our stay was very nice and we really enjoyed the hotel lay out ! The rooms are nice and comfortable, the restaurants menu was great but not enough restaurants (3) The entertainment needs to be upgraded with a different vibes and musicians. Too old play list & depressive songs! The need to put more lounge music all over the hotel and especially around the pool area. Staff was ok but not sharp! I would recommend this hotel If you want peace & quiet.

The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. The hotel was clean. Noticed grounds keepers and pools being cleaned every morning. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Food was amazing. The staff were all friendly and warm. Entertainment team was super fun! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.
