This is a nice place to stay with family, breakfast was good, only thing that we didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness. I don’t think the floor was vacuumed or anything. There was hair everywhere, some areas were also covered with dust.

Staff were very friendly but our room was dirty, someone else's stuff was in the couch and the kitchen floor had food in the corners. The room also smelled like mildew and the pillows were very flat. They dont offer lotion like other hotels either and parking was also a nightmare. Breakfast was good though and that area was clean. They don't have an elevator so be mindful of that if you have trouble with stairs.

We visited during remodel. There were several containers, forklifts and regular construction traffic during the day. We were in a remodeled room that was very nice, clean and had all the imentities we needed. I would have lived to have had more USB plugs in the room. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices for a light, healthy breakfast and a full meal breakfast. The staff was nice; at check in there was an issue with the system. They took it with grace and were pleasant as we all waited. The property is close to the highway with easy access to San Francisco.
