"Stayed one night before the start of our cruise. Great location right next to the port! Room was clean and provided the basic amenities. Be patient with the elevator because it was very slow. Nice breakfast included with stay. Check-in and out was quick. We left our luggage to wander around before cruise. That was nice they have this service. Overall a very good experience. "

"The staff were particularly helpful, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. A generous breakfast that includes options for vegetarians. It's a bit out of the centre, so either a taxi ride or bit of a walk to get to the main attractions of the town. For example, it took us about 45 minutes to walk to the National Archeological Museum."

"Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice) There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing. I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them. The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done. Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly."

" Overall, I found the accommodations to be average. While basic amenities and a coffee maker were provided, the experience did not meet the expectations of a traditional bed and breakfast. Additionally, I found the check-in process quite inconvenient. Having to collect the keys at a separate hotel and then navigate around the building to locate the entrance of the B&B was difficult with luggage, especially while orienting myself after a train journey. It was also noted that no personnel were available at the B&B itself."

"The facility was great including location, historical building and closeness to our excursions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, most accommodating. My only complaint is the bed with 2 mattresses seemed to fall to the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep."

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"Room was clean but more attention should be paid to moldy shower area and baseboards. Very random but a dead pigeon was found on our balcony, poor thing looked like it had been there for a minute. It was cleaned as soon as I walked in and saw it. NO Amenities. No food can be purchased in Caruso and you are not allowed to eat food brought in from outside, so I guess you cannot eat in your living quarters while in Naples. Also, there was no mention of the 20 or so steps you have to carry your suitcases up to get to front desk. Airport shuttle was also difficult and looks like I was charged 20Euro more than what is stated here in Expedia. Overall, nice location with a view but not worth 400 Euro a night."

"Thank You for A lovely stay. First time in Naples and so far great experience. The location and staff were great. Walking distance to the Ferrry to all locations : Capri, Positano, Amalfi etc. Noemi was extremely helpful, the breakfast was sufficient with great pastries as a bonus to set you off for the morning. Highly recommend!! "
