โรงแรมและที่พักSan Donato

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Man erreicht die Stadt sehr schnell. Der Pool ist klasse. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem wunderschönen Balkon. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht so richtig."

"Seamless check-in process, spotless room, fantastic air-conditioning (which was very important during the summer), large parking lot for my car, very close to the city centre, would stay there again."

"Great hotel, perfect location and great easy walk into Lucca. Helpful staff and really good pool area."

"We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order. Amenities. There aren’t any (like fitness room or pool). There are meeting rooms up from the...

"Superb location. Warm and well decorated. Friendly staff"

"Great location, nice & helpful staff ."

"The hotel decoration is not in my favorite style, but the staff is so welcoming and helpful that I would consider staying again at this hotel. They are a lot more professional than some of the staff at a nearby Marriott property."

"We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet."

"Beautiful hotel and most amazing staff. Highly recommend"

"Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable"

"It took us about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the hotel is also perfectly placed with easy access to everything in Lucca. The room was perfect and we were able to leave our bags at reception while the room was being finished. Would recommend."

"Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "

"Nice location, beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay"

"A very good hotel. Well maintained and looked after. Staff friendly and efficient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s a ten minute walk into the city of Lucca, but not a big deal if you’re mobile. Would recommend."

"A beautiful hotel right outside the gates of historical Lucca. We enjoyed a walk into the city and felt safe returning back home to the hotel after a late dinner. Modern and clean rooms and lovely staff. A great breakfast."

"Such a cool experience! Loved the historical character of this room, with a bit of a modern vibe. We got there quite late so had a remote check in which worries me a bit but it was easy and not worth the worry. Location - excellent!"

"Large room and very clean. Pleasant sitting area for outdoor breakfast. Only few minutes walk from Porta Elisa and the old city."
