Our stay at Sonesta was amazing. We enjoyed the location that was close to many restaurants, a Trader Joe’s and a Costco. The hotel was renovated and the rooms were spacious.

The room isspacious but showing its age and lack of proper maintenance. No housekeeping if your stay is less than a week but you can always request towels and stuff from the desk. The breakfast was decent and so was the internet speed. I booked this because of the Sonesta name but I'll probably not be back next time.

The staff was great, the place was pretty worn and beaten up. Dusty all along the edges of the floors, and furniture old and banged up. Breakfast was good one day, but the next day all the food, coffee, plates were gone a half hour after it opened.

The rooms are very large and spacious. Loved the kitchen and separate living area. It clean. Parking was easy and free breakfast was s nice bonus. Nice refrigerator to keep food fresh. Extremely quiet. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a great place! Right by a costco and shopping mall. Lots of convenient things nearby. Not the most walking friendly but if you like walking you would enjoy it. All in all its a good place to stay at for a few days. There is a parking fee for cars fyi

Cons: Check in staff member was not too friendly and was easily overwhelmed. Breakfast had limited items and were mostly gone by 8 am. Facility was outdated, unkept, and the floors and elevator walls were sticky. Bathroom was musty and mildewy. Overall, it felt very old, dusty and not well maintained. Pros: room suite was spacious. Ample parking. Great location.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a nice size. But the couch was in terrible condition with pet hair, stains and a 6 inch tear. The tub was either super stained, filthy, or had acid poured in it cuz it had an awful ring around it. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a bath so I showered. My husband didn’t even want to shower in the tub. The elevator was super dirty. We went into the elevator after it was mopped but it wasn’t swept first so dirt and junk was all over the edges. In my opinion the inside needs to be deep cleaned everywhere and the furniture needs replaced

The property is in a lovely quiet leafy suburb with easy shopping and dining nearby. Staff were very friendly. We paid the small difference to upgrade to a suite and very glad we did as the extra space and facilities were excellent.

The employees were super nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. My kids and I loved the basketball court. Breakfast was missing a lot (pancake machine not working, no muffins, no yogurt, etc.) and we were there at 9am and it closes at 9:30am.
