"It’s a good stay for a fair rate. Good location. The AC in our first room was ancient and broke down. They moved us to another room that was more updated. Wish we would’ve gotten that from the beginning. "

"Jewelry box was stolen while we were attending friends wedding. The first time it happened in 45+ years of traveling. The hotel doesn't provide safes. The staff refused to help with anything. The manager just gave us a report and when we asked for specifics of the next steps he said that they can't do anything. The location of the hotel is in the area with lots of homeless people. We stayed 4 nights and one of the nights the access to the hotel was blocked by the police dealing with encampment right in front. Be aware that the hotel doesn't have enough parking. Eventhough we were paying for the parking we were told that we will have to park on the street. I'm disabled and all disabled spots were taken with a couple of cars not having the disable plackards. "

"Dated property, but well maintained and the staff is amazing. Also had everything you could want, from water toys, to a gym to a great pool and spa, to amazing restaurants."

"Loved our veranda room looking out on the bay--just across the street from the beach. On site restaurant/bar was nice for lunch and a night cap on the marina side. Pool was refreshing with a nice hot tub. Staff, especially Allie, were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and shower pressure was good. Comfortable beds. convenient to the airport. Good value for family stay. "

"The amenities were ok. The room we were in needed to upgrade the shower head. The shower head had no dial for water force… it was like a fire hose! Also the little fridge needed help. It would freeze everything I put into it."
