Pros: comfortable beds, safe, if you are going to a concert at the amphitheatre you will save time by being able to go South while everyone else waits to go North on the 805. Cons: property is very run down, the carpet was musty and sticky, there's a funky smell in the rooms of like smoke and mildew and chemical cleaning supplies mixed together, and there was a huge roach in our bathroom.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, and a variety of selections in the breakfast buffet. We had trouble with the TV and staff came right up and assisted and got it up and going. I wish I would have realized how close the Mexico border was, we would have brought our passports to go shopping. There are many food choices less than a block away

My family of 5 loved this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The 2 kind of down sides were that the couch pullout bed was super uncomfortable and the shower was slow draining. Everyone loved the breakfast! The best free hotel breakfast we've had.
