The front staff booked us into the wrong room: they gave us keys to a different room at 12 am in the morning. I was only notified when the room key didn't work, and the person inside said, "not your room." To which we had to get new keys for. When we finally got into our room at 1am, it had a bad smell due to the AC filter being old, and the bathroom light never turned off. We requested a new room, which they were nice enough to provide. Since we Ubered and did not use their parking, they refunded $60 worth of parking rebate that I never received in Expedia nor on my credit card. Terrible experience overall, would NOT recommend again.
