"The location was amazing in the heart of Little Italy. The check in and parking were straight forward and the staff was nice. It was a very basic room and I wish it had been a little more clean. The small rug was pretty stained and there were random hairs around. The R2D2 air con was pretty loud. Other than that, I would stay there again."

"This unit is located on the north end of the Strand less than 1/2 mile from the pier. It is very convenient to the north Oceanside beach and marina. It's a gated community with an underground parking garage. The location is perfect! While the property has a 90 degree glance for a narrow ocean view. The condo is updated with modern conveniences, though the living room sofa is very worn, dated, has uncomfortable seat cushions and not oriented properly for viewing the TV. "Great stay overall. The place was very clean and in an excellent location, which made getting around easy and convenient. There was a snafu with check-in and the after hours support was helpful and very responsive. On the downside, the guests in the unit upstairs were quite loud. Also, the shower temperature was inconsistent, it kept going from hot to cold during every shower. "

"We have stayed at Capri by the Sea multiple times throughout the years and have never had a bad experience. Our favorite thing about it is location at the end of the boardwalk on Pacific Beach. Every condo has a wall of windows with a patio door in the middle that opens facing the ocean. We get to see, smell and hear the ocean but are far enough back that we don’t get the people noise. "Strategic location for beach, amusement parks and restaurants. Close to major freeways and airport. House has plenty of room across the three floors. Kids loved seeing the seaworld fireworks from the open air rooftop patio. This property has it all. Owner quickly addressed any of our questions and needs. "
