Casablanca Inn
The room was dark and the furniture was old and worn. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice. The manager was cold and unfriendly. He never even smiled. We weren't allowed to serve ourselves at breakfast. And menu options were very limited.

Shayla (spelled her name wrong) but she is awesome!! Ive been here before and every time I come in shes at the front desk and always greeting me with a big smile and a warm welcome!! Great customer service!!

Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point Doheny Beach
I always love to go to the rooftop bar. This time was closed. They had many excuses but I found out from a staff member that they do not have enough workers and the dining entertainment boss quit.
