"Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. "Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly.
