I travel with my 97 year old dad and special needs adult sister. Being safe, cleanliness and taken care of are priorities of mine. All that and more is what we experienced at this hotel. I would not recommend following the directions on Maps. There was a much easier way to get there and i am glad the guy at Alamo suggested a better route. Super easy to find it. The staff, location and safety were perfect. Very peaceful! I plan on extending our stay here by a couple more days.

There is no room cleaning during 3 nights. Very inconvenient, and there is no store and it cost 5 dollar by taxi to go to super market. Staffs do not speak English

The facilities are not located within the city limits, it is located out of the city. The only way to get there is a dirt road. Not safe, taxis don't get there, you have to walk.

Clean with friendly staff. It appeared the blanket and sheets on one of the beds had not been laundered. I thought I was getting mugged because San Vicente is on a dirt road. I had real trouble getting a cab back from the beach to the hotel in the evening.

The property was in a remote area way far away from the town. Dirt roads...omg! We left and never checked in. I knew it was a problem when the cab asked how we picked that hotel! Grrrr

It was far, the photos look different from the place. There were incects all around. The bath hadn't any soap. The toilet was broken and the shower was too small. Luckily they had air-conditioning.

It’s a good place for a couple or backpackers who need a place to crash that have a car. It’s one towel per bed, limited hot water, no cell phone signal and no Wi-fi. Laundry wasn’t done daily so half of our party didn’t have a towel to shower. We also had only 1 toilet paper roll for 5 people per day, no fridge, no safe, no trash. Additional amenities are available at the front desk at an additional cost, cash only. Would recommend to avoid the twin beds, there’s no comforters and I slept feeling springs on my back. The hotel is on an unpaved dirt road with no signs in a new neighborhood, and it’s 15 minutes driving from the city. Consider a taxi or renting a car. The rooms itself and the pool were nice and the hotel is gated and the AC is nice. Would recommend having a car and bringing your own amenities, and packing light.

I was not able to find the location. The OYO hotel does not exist where their google maps takes you. When we called we were explained that the name OYO is used as a franchise name and it's sublet to other hotels. We had to, in a short notice, find a different place to spend the night. Also, that same afternoon, I called Expedia and explain the problem, the person from Expedia try to get in contact with the hotel but after not been able to get through a claim ticket was issued. That was back in November 2022, it's now February 2023 and I am still waiting for a response. Never pay for your reservation in advance with Expedia. Very bad experience.

La habitacion estaba limpia y tenia todo lo necesario. El personal creo que podría ser mas amigable, es bastante serio el joven que esta ahí. Hay un perro que es tosco, para quienes tienen mascotas no representa un problema por que estamos acostumbrados, pero para los que no puede ser un problema, el perro jugando muerde y eso puede ser peligroso

Soy muy especiales y regañones, si tienes niños pequeños que están acostumbrados a jugar y gritar. No te lo recomiendo. Es muy bueno para descansar pues tienen reglas para eso.
