"Lovely midsize luxury hotel in the center of Genoa, convenient to the Old Town and shopping precincts. In a beautiful old palace, the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have amenities like a gym or a pool, but that didn’t matter for us. The staff were all great. We had bicycles and they could not have been nicer about storing them or helping us with them. Breakfast was excellent too."

"B&B’s brand new Genoa Hotel just off of the fashionable XX September Street, near the grand arch, is an oasis of calm tranquility in a glorious city. The friendly staff goes out of the way to not only welcome guests to the hotel, but guide them to the highlights of Genoa. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best in a week of travel in Italy, in over four cities. I will always keep reasonably priced B&B hotels on my radar screen for future European adventures."

"The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again."

Personale gentile che ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se arrivati con un ora di anticipo e disponibili a rispondere domande tramite Whatsapp, ci hanno offerto anche due bottigliette d'acqua visto il caldo di quei giorni. La zona è molto fornita con vari negozi e bar/ristoranti vicini. A soli 20 minuti a piedi dal Porto Antico."

She was very helpful and made sure that we were very well settled. The person via WhatsApp also was very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. "Avevo prenotato tempo fa una camera doppia superior e ora, confrontando la camera che mi è stata assegnata durante il soggiorno, sembra più una economy /basic con un bagno piccolissimo, non troppo pulito e parecchio trascurato. Anche nella stanza c'era dello sporco negli angoli. Avevo prenotato anche la colazione ma non avevo nessuna mail di conferma dove c'era scritto e in reception mi hanno detto che dal sito Expedia non si capisce se la colazione è inclusa. Visto che non lo potevo...
