"It was exceptional experience"

"Great location, clean rooms & a great breakfast !!"

"The property is immaculately clean. The property has an amazing view of the harbor. The host is very accommodating and very helpful. The property is very close to a lot of tourist attractions."

"A beautiful hotel, perfectly located near the train station and Genoa's historic neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff too."

"Excellent. Small but very clean and new"

My only, only recommendation is to perhaps keep a wine opener and additional coffee pods at the coffee station. We messaged and owner and received more within minutes. They were great! Other then that, really wonderful and would definitely stay again!!"

"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace."

"Great"

"Clean room and so kindly"

While the location is convenient during the day, some of the nearby narrow streets and...
