"When we checked in we found out that the Suite that we reserved was at least 250 meters down the street. The key lock on the metal gate was hard to figure out. Inside they only provided towels for 1 guest when clearly we booked 2 guests and so we had to go back to front desk. There was mold on the wall near the bed. The shower head sprayed all over the place and the TV remote controls - gave us 3 of them for 2 TVs and none of them worked."

Jose also was wonderful” The breakfast staff were cordial, ready to help and very friendly. The breakfast was great. This was my 2nd visit it had become my favorite hotel. "Nice location and nice pool area. Convenient to the small, protected beach. We had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night due to a loud bass sound that maintenance said is the sound of the restaurant reclaimer (or something like that) that doesn’t get turned off until ~1am and on again ~5am. It was directly above our tenth floor room and was a terrible, deep sound. Our first encounter with staff sounded like she thought we were lying about it. For the cost of the room, we expected an entirely better experience and less condescending staff."
