"We loved the hotel location, walking distance to great restaurants and old city. The staff were amazing, and went above and beyond to get my kids and I settled in our first night (parking, pool informatuon, room setup, and ordering food delivery) as I was traveling solo with them. I cannot say enough about Daniel, he is a saint. We had breakfast, the service was great but the food was limited, but it is ok because there are shops in the area for breakfast. We didn’t use our AC, only kept our windows open to allow in fresh air. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for the wonderful 3 nights! "

"Wonderful staff - friendly and welcoming, with a great restaurant attached for breakfast and dinner. The location was super handy for being close to (but not too close!) to the main station but very easily walkable to the main sights of Salzburg. The room was compact but neat and nicely furnished.
