"The staffs were friendly, and the breakfast was not bad. However, my coworker who got a room on the 4th floor had brown, rusty water from the tap and the shower. He went to the lobby and showed videos of the water issue, but the staff he was with didn't really approach to help but just said "Oh". ..."
