"The spa and the availability of both the indoor and outdoor pools was great! A slight shame about one of the saunas being closed for repair, but the other one was good too. The staff were incredible and very helpful!"

"The room was clean, it had a room safe, a tea kettle, but need to make nescafe, no real coffee. It offers a great breakfast. It conveniently located for visiting Bath. Staff was good"

"Ukrainian concierge was brilliant once more. Valet parking worked well. Room as cramped. The handle fell off the wardrobe door. Food and service in brasserie for dinner and breakfast was OK but the background music was appalling."

"Lovely location overlooking the river. Walking distance to the Park and Ride bus into Bath, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the food in the pub was excellent. Warm and comfortable room. The balcony to Room 5 needs replacing as some of the wood is rotten, but it is still pleasant to sit out when the weather is ok."

" If you’re hoping for a relaxing stay, this hotel may disappoint unless you’re on the top floor. Our first night was ruined by constant creaking floorboards from the room above, and although we were moved, the same issue occurred again. The rooms are in need of a thorough deep clean and proper soundproofing. To make matters worse, we were very disappointed with the lack of concern shown by staff when we raised these issues at check-out. Overall, the experience was poor and not worth the price paid. "
