"Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. "Good location. Excellent breakfast. There's no parking at the hotel. Also, no discount on city parking. The receptionist recommended Southgate parking, which is a bit far. The room is compact and newly renovated. It was extremely hot outside during our trip. The built-in air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. I recommend it."

"The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg.
