Great property, location/ poor customer service

Very good location and spacious and comfortable apartment. Stuff very inflexible and unwilling to accommodate. The interaction with the staff was disappointing in tone and content. Real pity as the property is great.

Lovely hotel

Great location for everything. Friendly people. Pity the reception wasn't in the hotel. Had problem with the WiFi. Couldn't get it sorted. We were exhausted very night walking all over the place. Lovely food. Would go again but more prepared.

Расположение - идеальное! (если вам не нужна шумная туса, тогда вам на другую сторону салоу лучше) Выход на 2 пляжа. (второй - правее, если смотреть на море, идти 5-7 минут) гораздо тише и спокойнее.. в основном испанцы. Есть пальмы, создающие тень, где можно с комфортом быть весь день с маленькими детьми.. оч удобно. (на основном пляже такого бонуса нет). Апарты надо оставить чистыми (мусор и холодильник), штраф 100 евро.. мы попали, не прочитав условия).

Nice hotel but very hard to find

It was a lovely hotel but very difficult to find- the information given by expedia was awful and the only way to find how to get in was by a very kind local who helped, otherwise we would have been lost. This needs to have more detail in the future to help others.

l'hôtel était propre est très bien équipé, la conception de l'hôtel fait que les chambres donnent sur le couloir, cela est très bruyant la nuit car pas de climatisation et nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte. A l'arrivée on nous demande une caution de 300€ en liquide !!! dommage de ne pas être prévenue avant par votre site, nous avons due retirer cette somme sur un distributeur. Concernant la vue, pas terrible, mais la mer est à 200m

Et flott, moderne og trygt leilighetshotell. Flott og rent både hage, bassengområde og leilighet. Strevde med å finne frem til apartamentos Norte 14. Det var ikke nevnt at vi måtte sjekke inn på hotell Regente Aragon. Det burde kommet tydeligere frem i bestillingsbekreftelsen samt rett gateadresse. Leiligheten lå nær togstopp, butikker og stranden i Salou. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Going back to Salou, but not to these apartments.

You must check in at a nearby hotel. This is indicated in description, but not knowing the area (and parking extremely limited) ended up walking several blocks in circles until I found the place. At check in, you must leave a deposit of 300 euros for "incidentals." You are given a document listing the "not-tos," the keys, and you walk out to find the building/apartment. Oh, the form also asks that you must leave the place the way you found it... And we found the place dusty and the floors dirty. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils (colander, for example). There were few complementary items... Such as two rough towels in each bathroom, no coffee samples, no soaps, and the dishwashing soap that was there, probably someone left behind. Bottom line, we'll go back to Salou, but not stay at Nord 14. By the way, there were three of us, my wife, my daughter (20 months), and I.
