"Rooms were very clean and hotels in a good location. Not too noisy but easy access to Penn, MSG, Times Square, Theatre district and Hudson Yards. Kevin at the front desk was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgable and he put customers at ease. The hotel is already ageing though. Such a shame. For example, the interior of the elevators are beginning to show signs of wear, though. It’s not surprising, because it is a public space. Still a great hotel though. I would stay here again , as long as the price is right. Warning!!!! A junk $81 was added to the bill even though I had made full payment at Hotels.com. This is irritating, and should have been disclosed or customers should have been forewarned at the time of booking. Hotels.com MUST do better about this."

"Elevators are horrible, outdated, old and one of the two guest elevators didn't work for two days of my stay . No ability to buy water or anything else at the hotel, if you want water you need to go to the second floor with your own bottle to refill from a water machine. Having to pay a Destination Fee for lousey internet was a rip off. Yes you get two drink coupons with it but that isn't as important as having good internet which there's isn't. Only because it was located in an area I needed to be wouls I stay there again."

"Hotel is def in need of some renovations. It’s very dated. The rooms were semi clean although I don’t know if the bed sheets were switched during my stay? Very spacious rooms though, I was impressed. Temperature in the room was perfect (never had to fiddle with it) which is usually a struggle for me as I run cold. The staff was AMAZING though. Very friendly, welcoming, and ready to help at any minute. That def made up for the dated look of the hotel."

"The hotel is in the perfect location for travelers seeing Broadway shows and is also walking distance from MoMA, Rockefeller Center and Port Authority. I was in an accessible room. Unlike in the online photo, there was no folding shower seat. However, a portable seat was brought to my room immediately after I called the desk. The lobby is huge with many seating options, a bar, and free entertainment at night. "
