Staff were amazing and so was the complimentary breakfast. Checkin ended at midnight and we got there at 11:58pm but we were still treated kindly.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The location isn’t exactly the best—it takes about 1.5 hours by train to get to Tokyo. The hotel itself is very clean and nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a plus, but the location is more of a minus."*

Aging property in a quiet area. Only suitable for self driving with limited public transit access. Large room but not well maintained.
Breakfast was shown as included when booking but was told not free anymore since April 1st. However I booked long before that date. Feel a bit dishonest for policy change after booking.

it is an old hotel. The only advantage is the room is big. Other than that, it is horrible. Right from the start, the road to the hotel is extramely dangerous. It is one steep slope and one lane only and with a curve. You never know if there is a car coming down from the the other side. The room is smelly to say the least. In room 206, the water is leaking all the time. It smells like someone's foot. It is not near any restaurant or convenient shops. And when you drive out and before reach the main road, you can't see if there are oncoming cars, the view is blocked by roadside bushes, you are taking a chance with your life....

スタッフの対応は凄く良かったですが、部屋の掃除は十分とは言え ませんでした。

Las instrucciones, repito no son explícitas y son muy estrictas las reglas es entendible pero no había nada de interacción con alguien para despejar dudas , te limitan el agua caliente, no tienes interacción con alguien si no puedes sacar la llave, la habitación no la podías ventilar con aire fresco, esto fue lo que creo que podrían mejorar , positivos , el tren queda caminando , la zona es segura, hay muchos comercios está un seven en la esquina y además la habitación aúnque pequeña cuenta con lo necesario para poder tener una estancia normal

お風呂の洗い場、洗面台が汚かったです。
連泊で朝外出する時、 部屋の鍵を誰もいない受付の他の人が通る所の箱に入れて外出するとかセキュリティに疑問を感じました。
部屋に受付の内線電話の表示も無く、困りました。

少し年季が入ってるのを考慮すれば全然問題ないです。部屋が広いだけでなく浴室がトイレと分かれている上に広いので個人的には快適でした。
ただ最寄りの駅やバス停からは距離があるので徒歩だと夏や冬はキツいかもです。

バスタブも洗っていない様子で表面にザラつきが有り、気持ち悪い！
チェックイン後に用事が有り、荷物を置いてすぐに出かけ、遅くに戻ったらこの有様！
フロントは不在でどうにもならず。
朝もフロントは不在で･･･。最悪でした。

引越し作業で家族で2泊しました。部屋が広く圧迫感がないので、宿泊だけなら満足です。近くにイオンモールがあるので食事は部屋で取りましたが、テーブルがないのが不便でした。安価なので総体的には満足です。
