Great and comfortable stay!

The hotel seems bit outdated but the room was clean and spacious. People at the front desk were very friendly and professional. This hotel is definitely top of my list when I visit Koshigaya. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. This hotel is like a second home to me:)

Small hotel with nice features & great breakfast

I was pleased with my stay overall. Staff were nice, reception was open late so even though I arrived after midnight, check in was easy (though an intercom system needed to be used to enter after 1 am). Room was clean but it was a smoking room so there was still a tobacco scent that permeated the room. To be expected. TV was a recent model with access to YouTube and other applications. If you chose to have breakfast, there was a western option and a Japanese option. I chose Japanese and was very impressed with what I received. A wide assortment of small cups and platters of Japanese cuisine. There was also a small breakfast counter with additional self service items such as breads, rice, curry and drinks. Everything was very good. Overall positive experience during this short stay.

If you like soaking in a tub, room 417 isn't the best. It leaks. It is very old hotel yet they clean well. The bed was awesome! It is one of the best bed I've ever stayed. This hotel is close to 2 train stations, many major travel destinations with in 30-60mins. I will use this hotel again.

夜中に帰ったら入口が施錠されていましたが、インターホンで連絡し開けてくれます。防犯の面でもいいと思いました。 立地もよく、スタッフさんも声をかけてくれたり接客が気持ちよかったです。 普段は口コミなど書かないですがシンプルなビジネスホテルでマイナスな面が特に無く、また利用したいと思いました。
