Accueil très sympathique avec une personne très professionnelle qui a fait un geste commercial après une nuit légèrement déranger par un groupe de jeunes venue sous les fenêtres de l'hôtel faire du bruits sans respecter ni réfléchir !!

Weekend à St-Tulle

Rien à redire sur cet hôtel 2 étoiles. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit. Peu de chambres étaient occupées et c'était calme et silencieux

Friendly staff. The girl at reception helped me find my way back to mrs airport when leaving and the manager went out of his way to collect me at monosque when there were no taxis!

Excellent Customer Service

The hotel was very difficult to locate. There was barely a public a transport. However the customer service was excellent. A very generous receptionist called Charlie came to pick us from the train station because we arrived very late in the evening. Charlie was also very kind to drive us back to the train station since we needed to catch early bus to the airport.

Consigliato solo per campi estivi

Hotel ideale per gruppi in ritiro sportivo o impegnati in campi estivi (ve ne erano infatti diversi, con relativo disturbo notturno), ma non per i viaggiatori "ordinari". Pessima qualità/prezzo. Camera minuscola, non troppo pulita, senza sapone in bagno; letto piccolo e scomodo; wifi con bassa ricezione in camera.

Bien pour une nuit

Surpris a l’arrivee ceci n’est pas un hôtel à part entière mais un complexe socio sportif ce qui peut « refroidir ». Néanmoins tres bonne nuit passée au calme, le directeur de l’etablissement est professionnel et consciencieux envers ses clients.

Réservation sur Expedia La chambre est avec 2 petits lit alors que réservé 1 lit 2 p. Impression de se retrouver dans une ancienne caserne ou internat. Ch au 2eme depourvu de confort moderne et wc douche séparé par rideau....surprenant. Cela s'apparente plus à la une colonie de vacances. Et en plus facturé 2 fois ! 1fois par Expedia et 1 fois par l'établissement qui lui ne communique pas avec le client.

C’est un peu particulier... l’impression d’etre Retourné a l’internat mais à côté d’en ca... rien à dire, j’ai très bien dormi. Par contre, self service « scolaire » absolument pas « bon », mais nourrissant.

Quand on arrive on nous donne une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ce qu'on avait réservé. Finalement on a pu échanger. C'est un 2**, mais ça pourrait être plus propre.
