"We visited on our baby moon and our room was decorated really nicely. We booked the hotel as the pool area looked lovely and we had planned to relax around the pool during our stay - unfortunately this was not possible due to the pool being drained for maintenance and was being refilled whilst we were there. The pool area was therefore shut off. We had no idea we would not be able to use the pool prior to our holiday so we’re disappointed at this. The receptionists did say they’d allow us access...

"Great location and close to many attractions"

"Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Neho Suites Cannes Croisette. La posizione, la struttura e camera sono sicuramente punti positivi. Purtroppo, il servizio della reception è stato decisamente inadeguato e ha compromesso l’esperienza. Viaggiando con un cane di piccola taglia, mi ero accordato con il personale per agevolare le pulizie: sarei rientrato dalla spiaggia all’ora di pranzo per portarlo fuori. "das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage (Weg zum Bahnhof 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet; das Frühstücksbuffet ist gemessen an deutschen Verhältnissen etwas kleiner, aber die Speisen waren frisch und abwechslungsreich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden."

"I feel like there needs to be better communication within the staff within the hotel itself. When I checked in, someone’s stuff was already in my room, and they just assumed that they belonged with me, even though I stated there was only one person which was myself for the room. They still kept asking and almost put myself in the room with the other person stuff. I felt like it was obviously not very well organized. Not sure how within a hotel they can’t confirm that and just assume I’m staying...

"This hotel definitely isn’t a 4-star property — more like a 3-star at best and should really be reviewed. The rooms are very outdated, the bathrooms were disgusting, and parts of the wooden doors were coming apart. There were also hidden charges that weren’t clearly mentioned. I added breakfast to my reservation and was then told it was already included they wanted €25 per person per day and it was a great selection to choose from. On top of that, using the outdoor pool cost an extra €20 per...

"Hôtel correct et chambre propre, idéal pour une nuit de passage en face de la gare. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est adorable en revanche pour l’accueil ça sera une chance sur deux ! Une personne s’est plié pour rendre service quand à la deuxième personne elle ne vous regarde pas en parlant et est condescendante ! "
