"We booked the "Romantic Suite" through Expedia, only to discover that the room was completely windowless. Although the listing described it as being below ground level, it did not disclose that there were no windows whatsoever. "Property is quite unresponsive. Staff doesn't seem too happy to be of service to their customers.
I booked a room for three people.
Their welcome "gift" was for two: two tea bags, two cookies, two something else. When we asked for the tea to be replenished, front desk said it was only a one time gift.
Room had only 5 hangers that were attached to the closet (security hangers: only with a ring on top). We asked for more hangers, front desk initially said that's all they have. After many...

"I like the location of the hotel. It’s a walking distance from the train or bus station. And, it is so close to the center of Colmar. The grocery store is just across the street.
