They offered advice on what to do and where to go along with always asking if there was anything additional they could do. We couldnt have asked for a kinder group of people including the manager that shared her dog Olga with everyone as well."

Filter water stations on every floor were very convenient.
The only thing they need to sort out is getting the in room TV connected to the internet, as a foreign traveller the TV is pointless without having the internet as without it you only have the French terrestrial channels.
If you will rely on a lift to go up and down the building you will be frustrated, there is one lift for the whole...
"We have stayed at the Hotel Villa Rivoli twice now, once in 2016 and once recently in July 2025. Both times, the service has been excellent. We especially loved the beautiful rooms and the great breakfast on offer. The small garden area is lovely and the hotel does not feel overcrowded. It is very convenient to walk around Nice from this location. Our children loved it as well. "
"Highly recommend. Centrally located, clean, staff very friendly, 15 min walk to everything u need. Loved having a balcony and looking out at the beautiful water and able to dry bathing suits on the chairs there. Was our home base touring the French Riviera! Stayed here for 8 nights and would do it again one day God willing!!

"The hotel is on the main promenade and has a great view of the azure coastline. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have a great terrace bar where you can eat, drink and watch the world go by in relaxed comfort. "Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "
"This charming hotel is in a quiet part of Nice, close to the shore. The decor was whimsical and the rooms small, but get the job done (small rooms are common in Europe). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There is an elevator in the building. The gem of this hotel is the staff. They were genuinely warm, kind, and very helpful. They really made our stay the best. We also loved the locked luggage room, which allowed us to easily enjoy another day in Nice as we waited for a late...
"Very central location, we walked everywhere. Our balcony overlooked a pedestrian area, very lively and touristy, and very pleasant. Great breakfast (the pear tart....ooh lala!), although the space is a little tight, but they do let you take a tray to your room if you like to, which is a lovely treat. Excellent staff, very helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, and we loved it. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and lots of shopping opportunities too."

"Loved the location - supermarket few doors down, boulangerie as well. Within walking distance of Sacred Coeur and Opera area. As well as our apartment was well catered for, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the water fountain too! Kids loved it!"
