"Absolutely unforgettable doesn’t even begin to cover our stay at Hotel Zermatterhof. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble at any time, no matter how small the request. The level of service was simply exceptional and made us feel truly special throughout our stay. The facilities are outstanding: elegant, immaculately maintained, and perfectly designed for both comfort and relaxation. Every detail reflects quality and thoughtfulness, creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury. The location is nothing short of breathtaking. Set in the heart of Zermatt and surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery, it felt like stepping into a postcard, especially at Christmas. We were lucky enough to experience a truly magical Swiss Christmas, complete with snow-dusted mountains, festive charm, and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a fairytale. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The Zermatterhof didn’t just meet expectations, it exceeded them in every way. A flawless experience and a hotel we will treasure forever and absolutely return to."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ambassador Zermatt for 3-nights. The location is walkable distance to everything, and less than a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The property is clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and we loved having breakfast before starting our day on the slopes. Know that the sauna has limited hours, closing at 8pm. And most restaurants don't open for dinner until 6pm. We did not use the on-site restaurant but it looked really nice. Our room was great for the four of us, a 2-bedroom unit with a balcony towards the mountains with a Matterhorn view. We would absolutely stay here again. The price was just right and the location can't be beat. The walk to the Sunnegga-Rothorn tunnel entrance was about 10 minutes. There are two green bus stops 1 block away. Taxi services are available all around town and take card payments. "
