En general el lugar esta nuevo y bonito.
La calle y el sector no es el ideal para ir de turista pero nosotros salimos a tomar vuelo a las 3 am y esta seguro. "
"The hotel, amenities, and staff were great. Also, close to public transportation. The street getting to the hotel is really "special", but it is New York (Bronx); not the hotel's fault. Regardless, there are some good food choices in the area. They also have private security personnel on duty in the evenings. I could stay there again."
"I like almost everything. The part that I like the least and would like to improve is to have all the food available until 9:30. It run out too quickly. Because breakfast time is 6:30-10:00 But sometimes I comes down on 8:30. Somethings are out of stock and the staff informed that it was no longer refilled . However overall the staff and others are very good. I will recommend to others and come again certainty.

"Dominic was very welcoming and gave us a free early check in. The Edge is super close to the A subway line and if you need to be further uptown, this Hotel is a great place to stay. Had a nice gym and lounge area where you could sit and eat or just relax. Convenient location and a different experience staying in the Heights vs Midtown."

"The area is in the heart of the bronx! Everyone stays to their own. The property was perfect for what your going for..travel and fun. The staff is great and friendly..do not underestimate the deli to the right when you step out of the lobby. Polite and great food, quick and efficient. If your boujee you're in the wrong town...this area is open..new age...and home grown. Simple. Yet complex in their own way. I would stay agin if in the area! Great for a Yankee game!"
"The staff was fantastic and friendly and housekeeping was wonderful. Always came back from a day out to a beautiful clean room, and the whole building smells fresh.
Subway access was really close 3 minute walk and central park less then 5 minutes.

"I read the mixed reviews and chose Macaw Guesthouse anyway - I am glad that I did. It was a reasonable option in expensive New York City and it was as described. Charming hosts who went out of their way to welcome me and ensure that I was comfortable. Short walk to transportation options and dining options nearby. Highly recommend and would stay again. "
